Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.
The following items are not eligible for returns:
Customized or made-to-order jewellery
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Items purchased during special sales or clearance offers
Gift cards or promotional items
Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
You may exchange your item for another product of equal or higher value.
Any price difference must be paid at the time of exchange.
Exchange is subject to product availability.
Contact us via email or WhatsApp within the return/exchange window.
Share your order details and reason for return/exchange.
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide shipping instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your request.
Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
We may offer reverse pickup services in select locations.
If reverse pickup is not available, customers are required to ship the product back to us.
Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please share clear photos or videos as proof.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
