At Aurella Jewellers, we take pride in delivering high-quality jewellery crafted with care. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and exchange process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items purchased during special sales or clearance offers

  • Gift cards or promotional items


3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.

  • You may exchange your item for another product of equal or higher value.

  • Any price difference must be paid at the time of exchange.

  • Exchange is subject to product availability.


4. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp within the return/exchange window.

  2. Share your order details and reason for return/exchange.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide shipping instructions.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your request.


5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Reverse Pickup / Return Shipping

  • We may offer reverse pickup services in select locations.

  • If reverse pickup is not available, customers are required to ship the product back to us.

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please share clear photos or videos as proof.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time:

    • Check your bank account again

    • Contact your bank or payment provider

  • If the issue persists, please contact us for assistance.


9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
