2. Buyback Value

The buyback value will be determined based on the current condition of the product and the prevailing market value of materials at the time of return.

Deductions may apply for making charges, design value, usage, and any damage or wear.

3. Condition of Product

The item must be returned in reasonable condition. Severely damaged, altered, or incomplete products may not be eligible for buyback.

4. Required Documentation

Customers must provide proof of purchase, including invoice or order confirmation, to avail the buyback facility.

5. Mode of Buyback

The buyback amount will be provided in the form of store credit or adjusted against a new purchase. Cash refunds are not guaranteed.

6. Final Evaluation

All buyback requests are subject to inspection and approval by our team. The final value offered will be at the sole discretion of Aurela Jewellers.
