1. Return & Exchange Window

We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customised or personalised jewellery
  • Items purchased during sale or clearance
  • Used or damaged items (not due to our error)

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verification.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, you may choose a different product or opt for a refund.

7. Return Shipping

Customers may be required to bear return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
